Scheduled - We would like to inform you that our field team in Dallas will be conducting scheduled maintenance on May 23rd, starting at 04AM (UTC). The purpose of this maintenance is to replace the PDUs (Power Distribution Units) in our cabinets. We want to assure you that all of our equipment and PDUs are redundant, which significantly reduces the likelihood of any issues arising during the procedure. Thus, we consider this a very low-risk maintenance.

Here is the detailed timeframe regarding the maintenance:

Start: May 23rd, 04AM UTC
End: May 23rd, 10AM UTC

The purpose of replacing the PDUs in the cabinet is to support a higher electrical density. By implementing these upgraded PDUs, we aim to enhance the safety and resilience of our current infrastructure, ensuring a more robust and reliable system.

We want to emphasize that this maintenance activity is not expected to affect any of your services. You can continue to utilize our services without any interruptions or inconvenience during this procedure.

We understand the importance of maintaining uninterrupted service, and that's why we want to emphasize that our 24/7 support team will be readily available throughout the entire process. If you have any concerns or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@latitude.sh.

Scheduled - Aiming to provide your servers with the most efficient and secure environment, we will perform emergency maintenance on 05/20/2023 in Buenos Aires - starting at 08:00 am (UTC). The maintenance window is 1 hour, however, we expect it to be over as soon as possible.

For the past few weeks, we have seen unexpected traffic drops in the Buenos Aires data center, impacting some clients' operations. These drops could be related to a process failure on one of our network equipment, where a new configuration and a reboot need to be done to try to solve it. All devices inside this data center will lose connection during this maintenance. The Network Engineering team is focused on this so that the network downtime will be shortened as much as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and our Network Operations team is available to answer any questions you may have about this maintenance via e-mail (netops@latitude.sh).
