Scheduled Maintenance
Our automation tool will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on February 9th and will be unavailable for the period informed below:

End - Feb 9th - 08:00 UTC

The goal of this maintenance is to update our rack controllers in the regions we support, providing more capacity and celerity for the automation tool processes. The maintenance period is scheduled to take 6 hours, however, we do expect it to be over earlier than that.

During this maintenance period, you will not be able to:

* Deploy bare metal servers.
* Reinstall your servers.

Please be aware that this maintenance will not affect your current servers in any way. Our operations team (support@latitude.sh) is available to answer any questions you might have concerning this activity.

Monitoring - Services are now being restored. Some features might still be impacted by the outage, but we're closely monitoring and working towards a final resolution. Only the API has been affected, no server or customer resources were impacted by this incident.

We deeply apologize to all affected customers and will follow up with a post-mortem.

Scheduled - Aiming to provide the most efficient and secure environment for your servers, we will perform emergency maintenance on January 31st in Los Angeles - starting at 08:00 (UTC). The maintenance is scheduled to take 5 hours.

For the past few weeks, we have seen unexpected traffic drops in the Los Angeles data center, impacting some clients' operations. We already did a maintenance window to solve this issue. However, a new one is required to complete some steps that we could not do previously. All devices inside this data center will lose connection during this maintenance. The Network Engineering team is focused on this so that the network downtime will be shortened as much as possible.

Scheduled - Aiming to mitigate the recent issues in the Los Angeles data center (traffic losses) and to improve stability and security, we will perform a hardware and software upgrade at the core layer of our infrastructure on January 26th, starting at 08:00 UTC.

The maintenance window will take 4 hours, from 08:00 to 12:00 UTC, where traffic drops and disconnections of 10 minutes will happen for all devices on the Los Angeles data center.
