Dear Customers,

We have identified a router experiencing high process utilization, specifically related to the RPD process, which is responsible for routing and traffic convergence.

To address this issue, we will perform an emergency maintenance to restart the affected equipment.

Impact:
At this time, we do not expect service impact. Traffic will be commuted to another local router during the maintenance.
However, as the issue relates to the routing process itself, which handles this traffic commutation, we are closely monitoring the activity and proactively working to mitigate any potential impact.

Our engineering team will remain engaged throughout the maintenance window and will provide updates if the situation changes.
