Aiming to provide your servers with the most efficient and secure environment, we will perform emergency maintenance on 05/20/2023 in Buenos Aires - starting at 08:00 am (UTC). The maintenance window is 1 hour, however, we expect it to be over as soon as possible.
For the past few weeks, we have seen unexpected traffic drops in the Buenos Aires data center, impacting some clients' operations. These drops could be related to a process failure on one of our network equipment, where a new configuration and a reboot need to be done to try to solve it. All devices inside this data center will lose connection during this maintenance. The Network Engineering team is focused on this so that the network downtime will be shortened as much as possible.
