We would like to inform you that we will be performing an upgrade of the core infrastructure at our Dallas Data Center. This maintenance includes the replacement of existing core switches with new equipment, improving performance, reliability, and overall network protection.

Maintenance Schedule:

- Start Date: October 30th
- Start Time: 06:00 AM UTC
- End Time: 11:00 AM UTC
- Duration: 05 hours

Expected Impact:
During this maintenance window, you may experience:

- Increased latency: Temporary delays in network response.
- Service disruptions: Short interruptions or brief packet loss due to traffic switchover.
- Maximum total outage: Up to 10 minutes.
