Dear Customers, We will update the logical software of our firewall layer infrastructure to optimize our network structure in the Dallas Data Center.
Maintenance Schedule:
- Start Date: July 24th - Start Time: 08:00 AM UTC - End Time: 10:00 AM UTC - Duration: 02 hours
Expected Impact: During this maintenance window, you may experience:
- Increased latency: You may notice delays in network response. - Service disruptions: During this period, you may experience interruptions in accessing IPMI and VPN network services in the Data Center - Total Maximum outage: 40 minutes
