This is a reminder regarding the upcoming planned maintenance event that will impact connectivity for the entire Sao Paulo site.

Purpose of Maintenance:

As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize infrastructure performance, we will be upgrading the border infrastructure at our Sao Paulo Data Center. The work will be performed in small tasks to minimize the overall impact and reduce downtime.

This maintenance is essential and cannot be postponed. During the maintenance window, brief service interruptions may occur, with downtime not expected to exceed 01 hour.

Work will begin as close as possible to the start of the maintenance window. The maintenance window duration includes additional time to accommodate any unforeseen issues or rollback procedures, ensuring all activities are completed safely within the scheduled timeframe.
