To optimize our network infrastructure in the Tokyo Data Center, we will move our border layer from TY6 to TY10 Equinix DCs to improve the capability and scalability of our network.

Maintenance Schedule:
- Start Date: December 19th
- Start Time: 03:00 PM UTC
- End Time: 11:00 PM UTC
- Duration: 8 hours

Expected Impact:
- Service disruptions: Short spikes, drops, and interruptions due to traffic switchover.
- Maximum outage: Up to one hour of cumulative downtime.
