Aiming to provide the most efficient and secure environment for your servers, we will perform emergency maintenance on January 11th in Los Angeles - starting at 10:00 (UTC). The maintenance window is 40 minutes; however, we expect it to be over as soon as possible.
For the past few weeks, we have seen unexpected traffic drops in the Los Angeles data center, impacting some clients' operations. These drops could be related to an image bug, so an upgrade and reboot are needed to mitigate this issue. All devices inside this data center will lose connection during this maintenance. The Network Engineering team is focused on this so that the network downtime will be shortened as much as possible.
