In order to solve the issue detected in Santiago, we will need to make an emergency upgrade in the Border Router of our infrastructure.

We are pleased to announce the upcoming emergency implementation of a new interface to increase network infrastructure throughput in Santiago.

Maintenance Schedule:
- Start Date: February 01st
- Start Time: 03:00 UTC -3
- End Time: 05:00 UTC -3
- Duration: 2 hours

Expected Impact:
During this maintenance window, you may experience:

- Increased latency
- Brief disconnections at the Data Center

However, our team will be working to make it as fast as possible and with the interruptions possibility of services in the Data Center.
