Dear Customers, In order to maintain the stability and redundancy of our network infrastructure, we will perform a FortiOS upgrade and enable HA (High Availability) mode on site.
The firewall is currently operating in standalone mode, meaning there is no redundant device to take over traffic in the event of a hardware failure or unexpected outage.
We will upgrade the firewall and enable HA1/HA2 interfaces to bring a second unit into sync as an active redundant pair.
Maintenance Schedule:
Start Date: October 6th Start Time: 01:00 a.m. UTC End Time: 2:30 a.m. UTC Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes

As the firewall is currently in standalone mode and the image update requires a reboot, all services will be impacted for the duration of the maintenance window.
